Love these! I’m just putting together my next photo letter and it’ll have few foggy photos in it. Fog is something so rare and I always feel so so lucky when I’m able to capture it. 🤩
Wonderful! I live in the city where we rarely get fog. I agree it is something very special and I get excited every single time when I can experience it.
i really enjoyed these. the third one the most. it reminds me of a number of images that i’ve made over the years that never work alone but when combined with others are essential. ツ
we’re missing it together then. i’ve been meaning to write something but never get it done. not having fresh work to share sort cools the whole thing down.
i can only presume that you are like myself: rather photograph the fog than sunset/sunrise 😉
Yep, I prefer fog over sunset/sunrise any day. People make fun of me because I find sunsets way too kitschy…
So much mystery in this photo series ... love it!
Thanks so much! Fog is just so magical!

Pretty much same here (in Southern Finland)! Now that the snow melted, we got such foggy days. Photographer heart happy 😃
Yay! Enjoy!
I really enjoyed this series, the 4th and the 5th one especially.
Thank you, Oliver! Glad you did enjoy them! It is always interesting which of the photos speak to people.
Fantastic gallery, Susanne. Beautiful work!
Thank you, Timothy!
I LOVE the photo of the tree roots.
Thank you, Isabela!
These are really beautiful, Suzanne! I really like the layout too.
Thank you, Dan! Happy you enjoyed them!
Loving the crisp textures counterbalanced with the softness of the fog here!
Thanks, Diana! I tried to find a balance. I guess, I succeeded!
Without a doubt!

Thank you! Yes, that‘s the power of a sequence.
Really missing your photography here! Hope all is well!

Bummer! I guess we have all been there. I hope you‘ll get back to it soon (writing and /or photographing)!
Wonderful piece Susanne!
Thank you, Charlie! Fog never disappoints!
Love black & white pics of trees. They make such great silhouettes.
I agree! That‘s why I love photographing trees in winter!
Sensational...I think you caught the mood perfectly!
Thanks a lot! Happy you think so, Jack!
There is such a timeless, serene feeling about these, Susanne. Beautiful work!
Thank you, Heather! Timeless… I like that. Because in the fog, time really feels different. Slower somehow…
Ahhh, fog is the best!!
Beautiful diptychs as well.
I know right? I wish, we had it more often…
I love the darkness and moodiness of these Susanne! Great way to use the weather to your advantage. The third shot is my favorite.
Thank you, Patrick! Fog always puts me in a certain mood. And it works so amazingly well in b&w!
very nice, fog, trees, black and white = photozine!!
For a second I felt like it‘s worth a zine when I looked at the photos… Thank you, Rick!
