Thank you, Nicole! This little mossy area in the middle of the woods was absolutely amazing.

I've got a thing for triptychs! But overall the layout and flow of these lovely images is perfect. Feels like we are taking a walk in the woods through your eyes.

Very lush and verdant. I, too, like the triptych progression from macro to micro, and the excellent portrait of your loyal companion!

There’s a calming slowness to these photos that I really enjoy.

Thank you, Tyler! These observations definitely slow me down. Good to hear it is something noticeable in this sequence.

I love the fourth image of the mossy mounds - they're like miniature hilly forests within a forest...it looks a beautiful place to walk.

That was my impression too. A tiny world in its own. Thank you for your comment!

Suzanne. Incredible how your eye finds the beauty in those things others glance at and keep walking. The shots of the road, and the pattern of cracks in it, a case in point. Beauty is all around us.

I love the green theme Susanne - lovely images. My favorites are the triptych of what looks like the same plant but shot at different focal lengths.

These are such beautiful photos, and I love the theme. How I'd love to visit the forests of Germany! What a lovely dog you have too. 😊 I know my readers will love seeing your shots, so I've shared your photos in my Sunday post.

Almost a little overwhelming this time of year. You have to look closely to find a quiet composition...
