makes me crave the ocean and reminds me of my first ever big photo trip. shot all black and white 6mp black and white jpgs on long beach near tofino, british columbia and literally fell for photography. these are obviously much better and work so well black and white ツ
Thank you, Tyler! It was quite a scene. This lighthouse is slowly getting devoured by this wandering dune. They even moved the lighthouse 70 meters away from the coast to save it from falling into the ocean. Very beautiful, but also a reminder not to mess with nature. The wandering dune was caused due to changes in the coastal landscape by human hand.
Very interesting. Because, yeah, it looks like the lighthouse is almost being engulfed by sand. As if nature is coming back with a vengeance for humanity.
Thank you! I know what you mean. And although I am reacting strongly to colour, I am really drawn too black and white images. They have their own language and I really enjoy them.
Such beautiful pictures of my home country! It has been so long since I last visited the coast, but these pictures make me long for another trip.
Denmark is such a beautiful country. I especially love Northern Jutland. The nature is so raw and beautiful! ❤️
Breathtakingly gorgeous images.
Thank you, Renée! Nature is just so breathtakingly beautiful. It's almost impossible to take a bad photo of her.
