On Monday I had to bring my backup system to an IT specialist. He is located in a different corner of Hamburg, which I saw as an opportunity to go for a morning walk at the local park there. A park I haven’t been to in a long time. It was a beautiful morning. The sun was gleaming through the trees and created amazing light beams here and there. Besides the trees and the beautiful light, I felt drawn to the sculptures which are spread all over the park.
It was only when I was looking at the photos in Lightroom, that I felt some of the photographs seem to speak to each other. So, I decided to create a few diptychs for this week’s edition of My Visual Journal.
I started “My Visual Journal” as an addition to my regular newsletter to share the photos I have taken during the week on my walks. The overall idea is “more photos, less words”. It will be send out every other week, alternating with my regular newsletter which is about different topics, but mainly about art, photography and my creative process.
Here is the link to past editions of “My Visual Journal”.
If you are enjoying My Morning Muse, you can support me by subscribing to my newsletter, liking the post, and sharing it with friends. It would mean the world to me!
X,
Susanne
